  • Is Broomsedge becoming semi-private? No. Broomsedge will remain a private club, with limited public access during off-peak times.

    How will public play work? Public tee times will be used to fill unused inventory, typically mid-day, while protecting member access.

  • Is a second course planned? Yes, across the street. Timing is still being evaluated.

    Will members have access? Yes. Membership will include access to both courses.

  • Who gets access to cottages? Members will have priority booking access.

    Will cottages be open to the public? Yes, but only after member demand is satisfied.

    Can members invest in cottages? Potentially. This is under evaluation and more details will follow.

  • Will there be food & beverage soon? Yes. Improvements will begin immediately, with ongoing enhancements over time.

    Will there be a clubhouse? Yes, but the timing, design, and location are still being finalized.

    Will there be member-only spaces? Yes, this is part of the long-term vision.

  • Will Broomsedge require stay-to-play? No. Members can continue to visit and play without staying overnight.

  • Will the current course change? No major changes are planned. Minor enhancements may occur.

    Will there be a short course? There is interest, but no confirmed plan yet.

  • Why join if the public can play? Members receive: - Priority tee times - Priority lodging access - Exclusive events and community - Long-term improvements funded by additional revenue

  • When will changes happen? - Work is beginning immediately - Major progress targeted by Masters 2027 - Full vision will be delivered in phases
