The Golf Course

The goal was never complicated - To build the best possible golf course, one that is lasting and significant, in a wonderful setting to enjoy the game. We are very proud of the result, with Golf Digest recently honoring Broomsedge as a Best New Private Golf Course in the US for 2025.

The creation of Mike Koprowski and Kyle Franz, our course debuted to members on October 22nd, 2024. An intimate routing that takes advantage of the property’s array of ridgelines, chasms, valleys, and plateaus; construction of Broomsedge was a lesson in true restraint. Playing to a par of 70/71 with tees that stretch from 7300+ yards down to 4900 yards, Broomsedge was designed to be enjoyed by the average player while providing a true test to the elite golfer. With 20 green sites for 18 holes and endless opportunities for alt routings and cross country golf, it is a playground for architecture enthusiasts.
