The Golf Course

Broomsedge Golf Club was created with a simple yet ambitious goal: to build one of the finest private golf courses in the United States — timeless in design, rooted in the land, and meaningful to play. In 2025, Golf Digest recognized that vision, naming Broomsedge one of the Best New Private Golf Courses in the U.S.

Designed by renowned architect Kyle Franz in collaboration with Mike Koprowski, the course debuted to members on October 22, 2024. The routing flows naturally across ridgelines, valleys, chasms, and plateaus, embracing the property’s dramatic terrain with thoughtful restraint and strategic intent.

Playing to a par of 70/71 and stretching from 7,300+ yards to 4,900 yards, Broomsedge offers a rewarding experience for golfers of every skill level. With 20 green sites across 18 holes and opportunities for alternate routings and cross-country golf, it is both a strategic test and a playground for architecture enthusiasts.
